We are now looking for a licensed psychologist who wants to work at one of the coolest workplaces in all of Sweden! Svea KBT is a private psychology company with over 80 employees in Stockholm, Malmö, Uppsala, Gothenburg, and Linköping spread across about 15 clinics. We are a traditional psychology company with modern values where we believe that the best care is provided through personal meetings, adapting our treatment to the patient's needs – whether it concerns mental challenges, relationship support, or a combination of both.

The work consists of:

• Clinical treatment work for patients seeking help for mild to moderate mental health issues, relationship problems, or personal development. The patient group consists of adults, couples, children, and adolescents, parents, and companies.
• ADHD assessments for both children and adults.
• In addition to treatment work and ADHD assessments, we at Svea KBT work on exciting projects that you can influence.

We are looking for someone who recognizes themselves in the description below:

• Licensed psychologist.
• Enjoys the combination of clinical treatment work and ADHD assessments.
• Focuses on patient interaction. For us, the personal meeting is crucial, and we are looking for a psychologist who sees each meeting as an opportunity to create a positive and meaningful experience for the patient.
• We work with personalized treatment and incorporate what we have learned from various treatment areas and experiences; however, one must have good CBT knowledge, which can come from education or experience.
• Works independently and appreciates personal responsibility.
• Wants to work with all patient groups at the primary care level, e.g., children, adolescents, English speakers, couples, parents, etc.

• We at Svea KBT are now looking for a licensed psychologist for central Umeå.
• We are recruiting continuously, and for us, it is most important to find the right psychologist for our patients and psychologist colleagues. That said, we hope to find our psychologists as soon as possible and conduct interviews on an ongoing basis.
